Action Toolkit: Defend the Endangerment Finding
This toolkit is designed to help you take action on the proposed repeal of the endangerment finding. Issued by the EPA in 2009, this rule is a cornerstone of public health and environmental protection. It legally recognized six greenhouse gases as air pollutants under the Clean Air Act, granting EPA the authority to regulate them.
On July 29, 2025, EPA Administrator Lee Zeldin proposed rescinding this critical finding—part of a broader agenda that prioritizes polluters over public health. We must speak out again to stop this reversal and defend the rule we fought for.
Action Webinar
On August 4, the Consortiums, Moms Clean Air Force, and several other climate and health organizations hosted an action webinar to teach participants how to make their voices heard in support of the endangerment finding. Watch the recording below to learn more about the importance of the rule and what actions you can take.
