Climate & Health Equity Fellowships
Climate & Health Equity Fellowship (CHEF)
CHEF was launched in 2021 in partnership with the National Medical Association (NMA) recognizing climate change as both a health emergency and a major health equity issue. The goal of the Fellowship is to empower physicians to become leaders in climate and health equity education, advocacy, and policy solutions. CHEF is open to all physicians, including society members and nonmembers.
Policy Experience in Environmental Changes & Health (PEECH) Fellowship
Throughout the U.S. there is a need for more diversity in climate and health policymaking leadership and a sharper focus on equitable climate solutions. The goal of the PEECH Fellowship is to empower doctors to become leaders in climate and health equity advocacy and policy solutions. PEECH is open to all physicians, including society members and nonmembers.
