CDC is celebrating the Climate and Health Program’s 10-year anniversary by hosting a day-long science symposium titled, “Climate in all Health Policies.”

The purpose of the symposium is to (1) emphasize the importance of the health impacts of climate change; (2) discuss how cross-sector policies and adaptation planning can help reduce climate-related health risks in communities; and (3) highlight Climate and Health Program activities to expand both research and action on climate and health issues.
