October 22, 2026
Virtual
The Climate Health Society aims to bring together students and professionals from all disciplines and from around the globe to facilitate research, education, communication, and innovation in climate change adaptation and mitigation.
This online international conference is an opportunity for professionals and trainees across all disciplines with an interest in climate and health to share their work and learn from others. This 8-hour meeting is designed to allow presenters from the Eastern and Western Hemispheres to attend and to develop connections with mentees, mentors, peers, collaborators and colleagues from around the world. Topics have been chosen to highlight the breadth of professionals involved in climate and health work. Our overriding aim is to create a community that accelerates innovation, solutions, and action, where the exchange of knowledge across disciplines, sectors, and borders moves the field forward faster than any single profession can alone.
This inaugural meeting has the following goals:
- Cultivate the next generation of climate health leaders, educating trainees, students and professionals at every stage of their career.
- Foster international collaborations that advance the science of climate and health across borders and disciplines.
- Disseminate cutting-edge research and clinical findings related to climate and health.
- Center equity and ethics to build a shared understanding of how disparities and ethical considerations are worsened by climate change.
- Accelerate innovation in climate adaption and mitigation by connecting diverse expertise to spark new ideas.
