GivingTuesday 2025

At a time when many major funders are stepping back from climate and health work, your support matters more than ever. The challenges are real—but so is our collective power.

Donate to our GivingTuesday campaign now through December 31, 2025.

Goal:$200,000

Together, we’ve built a growing movement of health professionals, advocates, and community leaders who are connecting the dots between climate and health and driving solutions in every corner of the country.

In a moment when science and public trust are under attack, this work has never been more vital. Disinformation and delay continue to endanger the progress we’ve made, putting vulnerable communities at greater risk. But we know that credible, trusted messengers—especially those in the health community—have the power to change the conversation and inspire real action.

Your support this GivingTuesday will help us continue this essential work: training the next generation of health leaders, strengthening local movements, and ensuring that health remains at the heart of climate action.

Together, we can create a healthier and more just future.

What Your Donation Supports

Climate & Health Equity Fellowship

We continue to grow rapidly by training over 50 leaders through our Climate and Health Equity Fellowship (CHEF). At the heart of the Consortium’s mission, this fellowship empowers physicians who serve the communities most affected by climate change and fossil fuel pollution to become leaders in climate and health equity education, advocacy, and policy solutions.

Climate & Health State Network

The Climate and Health State Network (CHSN) includes 30 state-level affiliates working to organize, train, and mobilize health professionals around the health impacts of climate change and the health benefits of equitable climate action. As federal climate and health work faces unprecedented rollbacks, state and local leadership has become essential to sustaining progress. The Consortium supports the Network with training, resources, and collaboration opportunities—helping leaders coordinate, learn from one another, and keep advancing climate-health solutions nationwide.

Our Planet, Our Health Convention

Our annual conventions bring together hundreds of health professionals, researchers, community leaders, and policy experts to tackle one of the most urgent issues of our time: the growing impact of climate change on health. They are a nexus for bold ideas, deep learning, and community building.

Building Community Health Center Resilience for Climate Disasters

Community health centers (CHCs) are lifelines for communities hit first and worst by climate change—providing critical care during floods, wildfires, and heat waves. Now in its third year, our collaboration with the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) is helping CHCs strengthen their capacity to adapt and thrive in a changing climate. Together, we’re building a model—designed by CHC experts—that improves resilience, mitigation, and adaptation while addressing resource constraints and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

As a community dedicated to the health, rights, and dignity of our patients and communities, we know the path forward will test us. Yet, we remain resolute. The vision of a clean, safe, just, and beautiful world is one we all share—and it is one worth fighting for.
