The Climate Reality Project, a nonprofit organization founded by former US Vice President Al Gore, is seeking a full-time Director of Engagement to lead the Engagement department. The Director of Engagement oversees the support and growth of Climate Reality’s volunteer base, strengthening an ever-expanding global network of Climate Reality Leaders while developing national campaigns and supporting local campaigns undertaken by our chapters that result in direct impacts to help solve the climate crisis. The Director oversees the creation and management of engagement platforms and strategies that support these campaigns and encourages our volunteer leaders to take action. The Director provides support to our U.S. chapters to connect and build our volunteer base on campuses and in local communities. The Director serves on a team of Senior Staff and is one of seven direct reports to the Senior Vice President of Programs.
