Human health requires a healthy planet. As threats to planetary health continue to grow, so does the need for leadership action.
The aim of this topic collection is to synthesize the multifaceted dimensions of leading for planetary health within the health context and present a compendium of evidence-based international insights and diverse perspectives into what it really means to lead with people and planet in mind.
Our editorial Planetary health leadership: why BMJ Leader will focus on it offers more information on what we hope to provide our community of readers through this initial topic collection.
