July Opportunity – Climate Health Organizing Fellows Program

Climate Health Organizing Fellows Program

Applications are now being accepted for the second cohort of the Fellow Program at The Center for Health Equity Education and Advocacy. The program goal is to teach clinicians community organizing skills for the purpose of creating structural change for addressing the climate crisis.

Health professionals have been shown to be among the most effective, trustworthy messengers for climate action. But to be effective agents of change they must be empowered with skills to organize others and possess a strong sense of purpose. This course is rooted in the belief that effective training in community organizing and public narrative can support health professionals in creating the climate solutions our world needs. Applications for the second cohort are due July 24, 2022.
