The Medical Society Consortium on Climate and Health will be sponsoring the 8th annual American Climate Leadership Summit on May 1-2, 2019 in Washington, DC. ACLS19 will offer inspiring keynotes, cutting-edge information, and opportunities to collaborate with 500 diverse leaders in health, faith, local and federal government, environment, education, business, justice, media and more on breakthroughs for climate action and advocacy. As a partner we are offering a discounted rate of $150 to our staff and members, reduced from the standard registration of $250. Thanks to the generosity of The Kresge Foundation, the ACLS19 Host committee is offering a Diversity Scholarship, available to a limited number of participants from frontline, low-income, and/or underrepresented communities to assist in attending the conference. Individuals who reside outside the greater Washington metro area may apply to receive a travel stipend and free admission to the event, while those living in the area may apply to receive free admission.
