Andrew Tseng

Policy and Operations Assistant

Andrew Tseng is a climate and health professional with extensive experience working in both public health and climate resiliency spaces. He holds a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia’s School of International and Public Affairs and received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Riverside in Biology. Prior to joining the Consortium, he worked at Sabin Vaccine Institute as a Coordinator on their program strategy team, where he created data models to link how climate changes affect immunization trends in MICs and LICs countries. His experience in climate comes from his time as a National Science Foundation-funded intern at Columbia Climate School, where he worked with environmental justice non-profits and communities to improve flood resilience in New York City, as well as through his time as a Bonnie Reiss Climate Resilience Fellow at the University of California, where he authored climate resiliency briefs and climate impact assessments.

He is currently the Policy and Operations Assistant for the Consortium, where he supports planning logistics for the annual convention, assists with day-to-day operational coordination, and contributes to the Consortium’s climate resilience initiatives.
