Dr. Marshala Lee-McCall is a board-certified family medicine physician, educator, researcher, and health policy advocate committed to fostering a healthier world by empowering communities to live healthier lives, decreasing health workforce shortages, eliminating health disparities, and training physicians to provide culturally appropriate care. Dr. Lee-McCall serves the Director of the Harrington Trust and faculty member at ChristianaCare. Additionally, Dr. Lee-McCall serves as the President of the First State Chapter of the National Medical Association. Dr. Lee-McCall completed her undergraduate training at Tougaloo College, an HBCU in Mississippi prior to obtaining a medical degree with a concentration in advocacy and activism from Brown Medical School. She completed her family medicine residency training at the University of Maryland Medical Center. Following residency, Dr. Lee-McCall was chosen as a Commonwealth Fund Fellow in Minority Health Policy and obtained a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Healthcare Management and Policy from Harvard.
