Michelle A. Kirwan, MD is a board-certified pediatrician, public health leader, and media host advancing health equity in underserved communities. She earned her BA in Psychology from Washington University and her medical degree from the University of Miami and completed her pediatric residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Kirwan served for 12 years as Chief Medical Officer at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Miami, Florida, where she expanded pediatric, adult, dental, HIV/STI, and mobile healthcare programs. She has held leadership roles with the James W. Bridges, MD Medical Society, served on local health advisory councils, and is an active member of Florida Clinicians for Climate Action.

She is the host of Black Health, a television program focused on illnesses affecting Black communities. Her work bridges clinical care, media, and advocacy to address social and environmental health inequities.
