Dr. LaKesha Lawrence is a Wisconsin-based physician and an alum of Spelman College and Morehouse School of Medicine. She specializes in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and trained at Temple University Hospital and has been a Fellow of the American Academy of Obstetrics and Gynecology for 17 years. Dr. Lawrence serves as Department Chair of Women’s Health for Milwaukee Health Services Inc. She is a proud member of several organizations including Healthy Climate Wisconsin, the National Medical Association, Cream City Medical Society, ICare’s Quarterly Utilization Management and Quality Improvement Committee, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated. Beyond medicine, Dr. Lawrence is married with a beautiful daughter and two bonus children. She finds joy in family travel, music festivals, Napa Valley vacations, and a penchant for all things horror and sci-fi. Her professional passion lies in advancing women’s health through a blend of education and compassionate medical care. She aims to positively affect the well-being of women in my community.
